- Pedestrian mall constructed along Pearl Street. - Aimed to bring suburban shopping experience to the urban core.

- One of few examples in the U.S. of a highly successful pedestrian mall. - Landscape features, outdoor dining and street festivals create a vibrant atmosphere. - Nearby colleges support restaurants and businesses
