Beens Grass Yarns specialises in producing artificial grass yarns. After developing the artificial grass granules, green PE or PP yarns are produced by extrusion. Once the yarns are ready, they are transported to BVBVD on spools where they are tufted into 4m-wide grass mats. NL Beens Grass Yarns is gespecialiseerd in het produceren van kunstgras garens. Na het ontwikkelen van de kunstgraskorrels wordt er door middel van extrusie PE of PP garens geproduceerd welke voorzien worden van een groene kleur. Wanneer de garens klaar zijn worden deze per bobijn op transport naar BVBVD gezet om hier op 4m breed getuft te worden tot grasmat.

The grey background tone, in combination with the colour accents, ensures that it always complements the surrounding floor, and also hides the greyish tone which entrance mats can acquire over time. The mat is rated fire class Bfl-s1, which means it complies with the highest fire safety requirements for escape routes. A PROFESSIONAL ENTRANCE SUSTAINABLE & SOPHISTICATED Our contract mats are made from renewable materials and made for a sophisticated construction. This means these mats are suitable for heavy and intensive use in the most extreme conditions. Resolutely show dirt ingress the door with our brush mats. This mat removes dirt, sand and other matters from the sole of your shoes. As you walk over the mat, the brushes adapt to the profile of your sole to ensure that street dirt is removed without having to wipe your feet. The brush mat is most effective when used outdoors, but may of course also be used indoors if required. These mats are available in many different colours.
ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES Our brush mats are compiled from stringently selected semi-manufactures. Hard-wearing nylon yarns are cut and bundled into brushes. The hard and impact-resistant plastic profiles are cut to size, after which the holes are drilled. The nylon brushes are then stamped into the profiles. The PVC profiles are threaded together using flexible stainless steel wires, which also function as tensioning cables.

INSTALLATION PREPARATION: Work the substrate into an even working area. Add a minimal amount of filler sand to ensure an even base. Compact with a light vibratory plate compactor. Ensure that the dark earth bordering the artificial grass can’t wash over lawn and that the compacted sand layer is 1.5 cm lower than street level. Even out using a smoothing tool. Apply landscaping cloth (optional). Lay out the artificial grass, pull smooth, align any seams (the artificial grass can be trimmed from the underside). Seams between various strips may not be wider than 3 mm. Trim the grass and the landscaping cloth. Please note: To prevent colour discrepancies, only order 2 or 4-meter rolls. Never combine roll widths. VOORBEREIDING: Steek het bestaande gazon zo vlak mogelijk af. Opvullen met minimaal ophoogzand; om eventuele oneffenheden weg te nemen. Aantrillen met lichte trilplaat. Zorg dat aan de borderkant de zwarte grond niet over het kunstgras en eventuele kantopsluiting kan spoelen en dat de nagetrilde zandlaag 1,5 cm lager ligt dan de stoepzijde. Egaliseren met lat. Eventueel worteldoek aanbrengen. Kunstgras erop leggen, vlak trekken, eventuele naden tegen elkaar leggen (u kunt het kunstgras vanaf de onderkant insnijden). De naden tussen de verschillende banen mogen niet breder zijn dan 3 mm. Het gras en worteldoek bijsnijden. Let op: Om kleur verschil te voorkomen alleen rollen van 2 of 4 meter breed bestellen, de rolbreedtes nooit combineren.

EN Brush the fibres against the grain using a hard brush (preferably synthetic) so that the blades are pulled upwards. NL Veeg hier overheen voor een goede verdeling van het zand (met de poolrichting mee!). Veeg met een harde bezem (liefst kunststof) de vezel tegen de richting in zodat deze rechtop komt te staan.

PVC flooring consists of strips or tiles made of synthetic material composed of several layers to create a super strong and wearresistant floor. The PVC Identity floors come in a range of designs, colours and sizes. We also differentiate between the various wear classes such as domestic and contract use. Natural look and feel Looking for new flooring? The Identity collection includes a perfect fit for your particular space. In addition to flooring with a concrete appearance, all floors have a natural look and feel and can hardly be distinguished from an actual wood floor. All PVC floors in the Identity collection are: wear resistant, maintenance friendly, durable,
realistic, suitable for underfloor heating and have a Blf-S1 fire classification. All our PVC options are Dry-back and have to be fully glued down. Strips and tiles PVC flooring is available in both strips and tiles. Because it allows for a variety of colours and patterns, floors can be installed in the design of your choice. It is for good reason that PVC floors are so very popular nowadays.
