Carthage High School (Division 24)

For Halloween, the Carthage Key Club was asked to have a station at the Carthage Area Rescue Squad’ s Truck or Treat. The event was held on October 29th at the Carthage Farmers ’ s Market and our job was to decorate a car and hand out candy to the children of the community so they can still get the Halloween experience whilst in a safe and controlled environment. There were nine members who showed up to participate. Five of those members stayed at our station and dispersed candy, and the other four stationed themselves in the Rescue Hall and ran the tye-dye station. Most of our volunteers were underclassmen and it’ s exciting to see how willing they are to jump in and help the club, and based on their commitment for the events we ’ ve had so far, it is easy to see that we will have a strong club. Holland High School (Division 25)

The Holland High School Key Club took part in a campus clean up. On October 12th, they hosted a campus clean up picking up trash around their school and community because of the homecoming events that caused the grounds to be full of litter.
