This person will help run the real estate program and evaluate growth opportunities for the property management portfolio. Responsibilities Summer project •
Collect contact information in a database of all Oakland property owners

Research & map real estate and property management trends. Assist with HUD Property management compliance requirements Evaluate opportunities to grow the property management program Develop presentations and other materials to effectively communicate internally and externally Other duties as they arise related to Real Estate and Rental Property projects

Education: Graduate student Self-motivated, and independent worker Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve results in a timely fashion Effective time management and strong organizational skills Strategic thinking; able to conceive of project’s beginning, middle, and end and proceed through these phases Team player; open to nonprofit environment where each staff member may be called upon to do unglamorous work or fill in for another person on occasion Skills; database organization, policy analysis, mapping and research
Duration and Compensation Position is 40 hours/week during the summer and at least 10 hours/week during the school year. Federal Work study required. How to apply:
