Mr Eckenrode filed petition for allowance of appeal to PA Supreme Court on Feb 26, 2016. City solicitor warns it could be months before Supreme Court decides whether or not to hear an appeal.

Neighbors report the houses have been broken into Mar. 2016 and that there is a strange odor coming from the houses. Oakwatch filed 311 ticket. PLI found numerous violations. Third inspection on April 18, 2016.
