Originally organized in Wyoming USA, Regal Solutions, Inc. (RSI)ʻs transaction platform has carried it around the world. It is now extending into actively funding globally, RSI brings a depth of understanding that clearly separates it from most. In the course of its transactions, RSI has established solid professional relationships with private investor groups and a variety of corporate leaders around the world. RSIʼs diversity as a company is a direct reflection of the assembled talents of its principals. With their formal training in finance as well as their hands on experience in the banking, corporate and international finance, few situations are encountered with regard to their client needs that have not previously been addressed. In an effort to enhance the financial aspects of RSIʻs overall operations, RSI has established a Philippine affiliate RITHELCO Management and Development Corporation. The proximity of their own traders to one of the worldʼs major financial markets affords RSI more immediate access to major banks, hedge funds, private investors and other financial intermediaries whose services often prove useful to RSIʻs clients. As a component in the global market for funding, the finance platform offers yet one further point of distinction from other companies that might choose to operate in the realm where RSI has established itself as a leader. Consistently demonstrating its ability to source the requisite financial instruments on behalf of its clients in these somewhat challenging financial times has been an additional point of differentiation for RSI. The synergies that RSI brings to a transaction are evidence in their experience, their expertise and their persistent energy to see the transaction successfully completed.
