As part of this evening’s festivities, we invite you to participate in The Stakes online Silent auction featuring an incredible collection of exciting and unique items.

The bidding begins on June 1, 2022.
SILENT AUCTION CLOSING
The auction will close at 9:45 p.m. on June 4, 2022. To see if you are the successful bidder check under ‘MyBids’ on your Givergy account. You will also receive a text and email.
BIDDING
Bidding on an item is easier than ever with our mobile bidding platform provided by Givergy. Browse and bid on items on your phone. Please refer to the ‘How to Bid’ document on the next page.
SILENT AUCTION CLOSING
A ten-minute warning will be given prior to the silent auction closing. When the auction is closed, if you are the successful bidder, you will receive an SMS text and email confirming that you are the successful bidder. You can also check ‘MyBids’ on your phone. If you’ve won an item, please make your way to the cashier table located in the barn.
PAYMENT
Once at the cashier table, we will have your personalized invoice ready for you. Payment for auction items is preferred night of, however, if you are unable to make payment you will have up to three business days to arrange payment of the item. A Foundation team member will follow up with you, after which, the item will be automatically be offered to the second successful bidder. Payment methods accepted: will be accepted as follows: Cash, Cheque, Debit, VISA, American Express or MasterCard or E-Transfer (ohfonline@haltonhealthcare.com). Starting the
week of June 6, 2022 items will be available for
pick up or delivery. Electronic gift cards will be emailed.

All values noted reflect the suggested list price and are based on information provided by the donor. Every attempt has been made to ensure accuracy. Oakville Hospital Foundation and the Oakville’s Own Organizing Committee make no express or implied representations or warranties whatsoever (including any estimate of value) with respect to any item sold. By his/her purchase, the buyer waives any claim against either the Oakville Hospital Foundation or the Oakville’s Own Organizing Committee or the donor of the item purchased, which may result from utilization of such item. Purchasers are bound by the restrictions specified by the donor.
