Not only taking care about the direction in layouting plans, the designer also had to get attention in designing a flexible shape which could attract the young children. By the way, almost projects in my university were required to be illustrated by hand until the fourth year. Gratefully, beside Sketch Up and 3Dmax I am able to use hand drawing in finding and sketching the ideas.

To create a playground for whom passionate paper art, the projects is designed based on key ideas from paper and paper folding. This is not only merely a club, it is also the place where everybody can study, research and sale applications from paper art. With the building’s works, the author hopes to bring professional level for this type of art that Vietnamese longs to enthuses but still hardlty to approach in common way.

Locating in the middle of Thu Thiem Peninsula makes the building a good connection with surrounding areas such as commercial, residential ones. Moreover, it is comfortable for visitors to approach to either by roadways or waterway. Those create advantages for the center to attract a lagre amount of guests.

A large integrated development with 460,000 sq m of GFA comprising office towers, resi dential apartments, a retail podium and integrated public buildings such as s school, youth centre and youth hostels. The design is to utilize the office towers as a gateway into dis trict 4, making it a memorable development. Public buildings bring much needed gathering spaces for the residents of the district and a relief from the urban sprawl.

OFFICE BUILDING
This is the headquarters building for HUD Corp. Understading, the client wants to creat an iconic building that expresses their corporate. The development is actually a rectangular floor plaze which would have created a bulky form. The concept is thus to fragment the form into smaller towers to create a more elegant pair of building.

12 storey office building with a data centre set within the Quang Trung IT Park in Ho Chi Minh City. The design utilises a hi-tech language to bring out the function of the building. The design attempts to create offices full of light and space to animate and humanize the hard slog of software design environment.

A large mixed commercial office and residential project comprising 2 office towers and 6 apartment blocks totaling 227,184 m2 of gross floor area. The concept is to integrate the two parcels of land into one precinct, using the access rood and traffic circus as an unifying element. Users enter the precinct via the access road and arrive at the front door of redential and office developments giving a sensse of homecoming and arrival.

At beginning, the front of existing building was attached with a kiot for small business and the whole yard behind was used for a temporary kitchen and toilet. Solution 1: Destroying the kiot and temporary parts to create green space surrounding the main building that could seperate daily routines with business activities. Secondly, the initial building was planned with a corridor in the middle that happened commonly local dwelling. As a consequence, although the floor area was over 100 sqm it seemed to be too small for 5 members. Solution 2: Keeping and extending the old structure and having more one floor plate could leed to saving budgets in construction and create more spaces that adapt more growing requirements.
