Advertising Agreement The undersigned (“Advertiser”) agrees to advertise in G5 Magazine published quarterly. Under this contract, Advertiser’s ad will run
in the following issues (check calendar for deadlines for submission.) The advertiser is responsible to submit timely no refunds will be given. Advertiser can have documents ready for next issue.
All advertising is subject to publisher’s approval and changes by editor. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all
content (including text, representations, illustrations, or of any sketch, map labels, trademarks or other copyrighted matter) or adver-
tisements printed, and also assume responsibility for any claims arising there from made against the publisher. The publisher reserves
the right to reject any advertising that does not conform to publication standards. Negatives or positives will be stored by publisher for
6 months and then destroyed unless otherwise advertised. Proof Requirements: Digital color proofs of final composite files calibrated to SWOP specs are required for each ad submitted. These proofs must be made from the final files, and reproduced at 100% size.
Advertiser agrees to pay upon agreement of this contract a cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellations upon discretion of G5 Magazine. The only sales representative listed in contacts on page #7 are authorized to sign this agreement.
Advertiser acknowledges receipt of and agrees to comply with all policies and requirements set forth in the G5 Magazine advertising contract.
NO SALES ARE FINAL UNTIL ADVERTISER CONTACTS OR IS CONTACTED BY JONIECE C.E.O. THE SALES FORM MUST BE SENT TO info@g5magazine.com and advertiser must submit remaining balance due along with advertising agreement. Once these steps are complete advertiser will be provided with FINAL receipt and instructions to submit contents for advertisements.
