Once upon a time, a girl called Ellie lost her first tooth.
‘Put it under your pillow,’ said Nana. ‘The Tooth Fairy will come and take it away, and give you a coin!’

In the middle of the night, Ellie awoke. She checked under her pillow, but the tooth was still there.
Whoops! The tooth rolled to the floor … … right in front of a tiny door.

‘That door wasn’t there before,’ said Ellie.
‘The tooth fairy must be 5

The tiny door opened and a little man in a green hat peeked through.
‘You’re no tooth fairy,’ said Ellie.
‘You’re a leprechaun!’
The leprechaun darted back inside.
‘Wait, come back!’ cried Ellie.
