In April, programs director Elijah Miles-Wipf tends to the woodworker’s shop at the Furnace Town Historic Site, one of the structures that sustained a degree of damage during an act of vandalism last September that forced staff to shut down much earlier than they would have liked. The historic site hit its goal of opening on April 1 this year.
