All locking mechanisms and ironmongery are provided with keys. • All balconies and walkways will be tiled with non-slip tiles and skirting to match. Waterproofing will be laid to all balconies and those walkways exposed to the weather. • Walkway balustrades will be stainless steel or high impact aluminum. • The roof will be a flat roof, appropriately waterproofed and insulated and accessible for servicing of equipment. • All walkways and balconies will be illuminated with light fittings.
