The 2018 M2 revenue forecast estimate is $13.1 billion, which represents a 46 percent decrease in forecasted revenue since M2 adoption.

Proposed Action
Sales tax revenue has been impacted by the recession and changes in consumer spending habits.
The 2019 forecast that is planned to go to the Board on October 28, 2019 will reflect an updated review forecast of $13.4 billion.
