Octane Fix Online Issue 19

This is the second running of the LOLIFE Burnout Competition. The first was held at Meremere Dragway back in March which we covered in issue 12. The event was so successful that the thought was to take it on the road with Kaikoura in the South seeming a likely place to get amongst.
