Dialectical materialism - the main idea of the project. The club conception, as in appearence, so in functional terms, is a peaceful coexistance of contrasts.

The prupose of the building - the field for discussions of polititions, nationwide or local movements. The place for initiatives, meetings and disputes of opposing sides which are coming to compromise eventually.

MAIN FLOOR PLAN
The project of the museum is a search between old and brand new. There is no any external simplicity, which is inherent to modern projects. At the same time, saved internal. The meaning of this search is an experiment. Its purpose is to find and implement the best in terms of history context, aesthetics, structures and functions on area of development.
Instead of box-shaped parametric forms of the exhibition space it was proposed the more complex and rather decorative thing. In the center of the composition is a medieval ÂŤunapproachableÂť stone tower - fort. The soaring form of the exhibition space the wall of the fortress, with a hint of the openness of countries and their histories today in the modern world.

MASTER PLAN
The composition base for the residential construction is open public ares and shopping spaces wrapped in shell resembling old manufacturing buildings of 18th, 19th centuries. The building represents itself as the towers standing on ÂŤlegsÂť literally above the city streets.
The atrium is the path of getting into the apartments. The form of the cut center space is explained by the fact that the shape of the building, having already more of an office view, is in need of a simple organic feature.
The atrium can be seen through from the crossroads up to the upper floors.
The entrance to the building is through the 4 ÂŤlegsÂť and volumes adjacent to them. The 1st and the 2nd floors are used for the distribution of people. Flows heading to the shopping mall or to the cafes do not interfere with the people living directly in the building. The 4th and the 5th floors are entirely reserved for the shopping centre and cafes. In some cases, there are exits to the roofing. After the 6th (technical) floor, up to the top, start residential floors: studios, 1 - 4 bedroom apartments. Under the building, including the roadway, is a two-level underground parking. Utilities in most cases strech from the basement, pass through the main paths to the technical (sixth) floor and then are distributed throughout the building.

To create something new, considering logic and context of primary environment. Different combination of characteristics and qualities of the city, particulary its industrial history or culture of construction ways is an important point, which also quite strongly has influenced the final appearance of the building. With all above, the idea that a new, rapidly developing industrial and economic center of the region claims its new own requirements. The city needs not only just ÂŤhousingÂť, but a new dominant. The symbol or, in this case, a more suitable - entry sign. Here are issues of artistic interpretations of urban space and identity of the city itself, its status. The answers to selected requirements have combined in the idea of the building - skyscraper /literally/ at the crossroads of Marx Street and Engels Street.

Composition The shape of the theater has two composite centers. They differ in function but do not argue with each other. The first is a pass-through amphitheatre - part of the way from the lower level to the upper level where the hall of the drama theater is located. The second core is the main hall, looming with the console, using frames and reinforced concrete over the space in front of the entrance.
Materials For the main finishing materials are taken: brick, glass, including glass blocks of the dimensions of the brick (1st floor). Reinforced concrete on the basis of modern binding agent. In the construction applied: Reinforced concrete (ceiling) Steel frame reinforced leaders massive frames.
Amphitheater The path from the first to the second floor visitors pass through the amphitheatre. They go up by a third of a level via the wide stairscase and find themselves almost on the stage of the amphitheater. Thereby, they are immediately immersed in festive athmosphere, becoming not only spectators but also participants of the action, especially at the time of a play, a presentation or a concert.
The amphitheater is universal, it can be used for performances of comedians, speakers or entertainers. It is possible to hold meetings or lectures, moreover the designed projector can show presentations and movies, therefore the hall can be considered as a small cinema.
In addition, the amphitheater is a center space of the foyer, from which people can go separate ways.

SAROV –
is a city with a great historic past. The city where science and religion are intertwined. The place is filled with religious buildings: churches, monasteries, chapels, at the same time there is a nuclear research centre. Here is the all-Russian research Institute of experimental physics, which marked the beginning of the ambitious program of the Soviet Union’s development of nuclear weapons.
The main problem of this city is lack of interest in it. «The closed city that people leave but do not have much desire to go in.» This statement is more suitable for the younger generation, but the younger generation is the future, the future of each city in the world.
In order to breathe a new life or to awake old one in this city, a detailed analysis and a step-by-step construction of the main city idea were made.
Solutions The result of several researches can show the list of the following disadvantages of public spaces:
1. Increases the flow of the young generation to the city, thus increasing the number of new specialists in the field of nuclear energy;
1. The public city center is extremely bad developed. 2.
There is a lack of proper amount of shopping centers and entertainment outlets. The solution to the urban problems could be the organization of a new public space with a variety of functional content. However, the construction of new housing or retail outlets will not lead to a clear long-term improvement of the urban space. Considering all the features of the city, the rational solution is to construct the educational institutions. Creating a new young center will revive the structure and improve the overall mobility of the city of Sarov. This decision leads to following changes in the urban structure:
2. These specialists will be given the ability to get the work in Sarov’s modern manufacturies. Companies are located in close proximity between them and the projecting university. Eventually it creates a structure for living of a human being in Sarov, because education and further professional growth is provided in the city. 3. The spread of University life on any areas of the city; (attracting investment and business to meet the needs of residents) 4. Beautification of the city inside the borders, and as a result, the potential to expand the city across.
THE MAIN GROUND FLOOR PLAN
The main idea – the volumes joined functionally between themselves, which primarily were designed not for external perception but for the perception of planning facilities. The dominant second floor merges all the buildings together. The yard and half-yard system were made, the first of which is the yard between faculty blocks and the courtyard between План первого the library, housing of lecture halls and administrative building. The second system is in этажа open spaces, however, the functional division of these territories due to the buildings is quite obvious.
SECOND FLOOR PLAN
The University, despite the energy direction, which provides for the storage of dangerous materials and substances, has an open policy of visitation, based on western examples.
The whole social part: the training unit and the unit of hostels is an outdoor area with no protection at the entrance. There are no turnstiles at the entrances to the building, except of strict check up in separate parts of the buildings of faculty of nuclear energy.

The monument embodies fortitude and indisputability of a soldier who defended his country on severe northern land. Glacial, strong and eternal memory to the act of bravery.
The project of the Monument is extensive and simple. It represents less than a thousand separate spokes, aspiring to the sky. Endings are marked by light. The number conceals not as great amount as it shows the countless at all, countless of repressed people. Average height, taken a slightly more human growth must evoke mixed feelings: firstly, that man is humble in this world, secondly, a sense of such a fact that a victim could be anyone of us. The number and altitude, prevailing over a man, unwittingly make us understand the scale of the tragedy and the atrocity of the fact in general. Examining a spoke, people can also see in it the tragedy of a human being. The center of the composition from some angles is hidden: the closer we approach it, the more it apears. It makes us go along the central track, or sneak through the columns - through the body of the monument. The monument is not controversial and is not too intrusive. It can cause the understanding of all the above feelings only when a human being wants it.
