ABOUT THE APP The concept behind this project is to use idle parking time while owners leave their cars to carry out other activities, such as shopping, working, entertaining, studying, meetings etc. to provide hand car wash and detailing services. With help of this there would be no need for clients to take the vehicle to a car wash anymore. The Scour car wash is going to change the way people think about car cleaning.

1 Majority of the car owners gets a car wash every couple of months instead of getting it done a few times a month. Why?

• They find car washes too expensive.

• Do not find any professional car wash stations.

• Too lazy to go all the way to the wash station and again going back the next day to bring it back.

• Wants only the genuine products used on their vehicles.

• Can trust them if any of their belongings are left behind in the wash.

2 In a metro city there are about 60% authorised and professional car wash centers and the rest are small car wash centers. Usually Que’s are found at professional car wash stations. Why?

• The main reason for opting professional car wash - It makes the consumer feel good.


PROCESS The app was designed as an easy to use app keeping in mind the keypoints of car wash. The app will help brining convenience to the busy lives of our society, affordable pricing, and unprecedented ease-of-use. It will specialize in high quality, insured, on-demand car washes brought directly to your doorstep.

Akash is a student in UID, where his class timings are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. After 5 it becomes quite exhausting for him. He also plays football everyday regularly after college. He does not like to be dependent. He drives SUV cars.

Alecster Silvera Age - 27 Years City - Ahmedabad Occupation - Designer Driving - VW Passat

Alecster is a designer and a freelancer. He is very hardworking. He goes on job in the morning and does freelancing in the evening. He does not like to waste time at all. He is a car lover and hates lending his car to others.

Wakes up at 7am

Gets ready and leaves for college

Books a cab and is back in society

Goes for football practice

Takes the keys from watchman checks car

Wakes up at 8am

Finds out that the pendrive is missing

Gets ready and leaves for Job

Gets tired due to lot of work load

Gets the car back by 8 and the entire day is wasted

Asks the watchman to wash it and books a cab

Blames the watchman but he denies

AIR DECCAN Air Deccan is India’s first low cost carrier. In little over 4 years it expanded rapidly opening up over 30 new airports in the country and by 2007 was flying to over 70 destination. Air Deccan was bought up for the common man who could not afford the higher prices of the Air transportation and to give them the same facilities for low cost . The Logo of Air Deccan is very simple and not eye catching as it should be in order to compete with other Airlines . The Logo consists of two hands forming an aeroplane.

A little elbow room for the logo to stand out. Keep the area near the logo relatively clear. The minimum clearspace should be 1/4th of the logo sixe.

LOGO PROCESS Based on the charcteristics of an aeroplane, the original logo was not catching as it should be compared with other brands. So the initial sketches were designed keeping in mind the comfort, boldness and swiftness. The final logo is created with proper balance and harmony.

COLOR THEORY The logo consists of Blue color which produces calming chemicals in the body, to reduce the chance of plane rage and create a sense of wellbeing. Blue is also shown to slow heart rate and breathing. It also consists of Gray which evokes a sense of calmness and tranquility because of its simple and clean look.

WE ARE WORKING WITH PARLEY TO PREVENT PLASTIC ENTERING OUR OCEANS AND TRANSFORM IT INTO HIGH PERFORMANCE SPORTSWEAR. SPINNING THE PROBLEM INTO A SOLUTION. THE THREAT INTO A THREAD. #ADIDASPARLEY

Adidas Parley is the official collaboration product line between Adidas and Parley for the Oceans, an environmental organization that addresses environmental threats towards the oceans, through ocean plastic pollution. Adidas Parley shoes are produced with plastic ocean debris. Adidas recreated three editions of their UltraBoost shoe, and a new version of their Adidas Originals shoe.


ADIDAS X PARLEY WEBDESIGN Redesigning the Adidas x Parley website into one single webpage providing information about the two companies and making it covenient for the user with a simplified webpage.

THE EVOLUTION OF GAME CONSOLES The Evolution of game consoles is an informative book which also gives a visual tour of the rise, fall and monumental resurgence of the consoles from the earliest gaming console to the groundbreaking Nintendo switch hybrid.

The book follows the turbulent evolution of the industry and gives a rare peek at the hardware inside some of history’s most iconic videogame systems. Some of the consoles were rendered by me.
