WE MAKE CUSTOM-MADE ORTHOPAEDIC SHOES FOR THE WHOLE WORLD

WH AT A R E O R T H O PA E D I C SHOES?

Orthopaedic custom-made shoes are handmade shoes with orthopaedic properties. For many foot problems, comfortable shoes or orthotic inlays do not offer sufficient relief and shoes should be made to measure for the client. For more than 50 years, we have been making custommade shoes, especially for people for whom walking is not so obvious. Customisation is precision work, in which precise measurement plays a crucial role. We have expert and experienced foot technicians who are supported by the most modern technological tools. In addition to the technical aspect, we attach great importance to the qualitative and aesthetic aspect of the shoe. We work with leather of the best quality. The orthosis or inlay, which is always included in the shoe, is made with the latest materials and ensures optimal comfort when walking.

MY ORTHOPAEDIC SHOES ALLOW ME TO KEEP DOING WHAT I LOVE MOST: GOLF!

FOR WHOM Shoes that fit well are crucial to keeping you mobile and free of pain. Comfort shoes, whether or not in combination with orthotic inlays, often offer a solution. But not always. In case of persistent complaints and abnormalities of the foot (flat foot, claw foot, injuries, etc.), but also higher up on the body (lower leg, knee, hip, etc.), custom-made orthopaedic shoes often provide relief. These are specially designed to provide extra support for the foot. Don’t think that only elderly people wear orthopaedic shoes; after all, foot abnormalities occur at all ages. Good support from a young age can prevent a lot of later problems higher up in the body.

A 3D scan of the feet is made.

Based on the 3D scan of the feet, the last is digitally designed and milled.

A custom orthotic inlay is then designed on your individual last.

The pattern is digitally designed.

First, your feet are accurately measured. Then your feet are scanned. Or a plaster cast is made of your feet. The foot scans or plaster casts serve as the basis for the production of an individual last for each foot. Before the final shoes are fully prepared, there will be a fitting. At this fitting the shoes do not have an outsole yet, so they can still be adjusted. After any corrections, the shoes are then finished in the workshop

The patterns are cut from the leather of your choice.

The leather is stitched together, the stitched pieces of leather are called the upper.

The upper is pinned up (or mounted) to the individual last.

The outsole is applied to the shoe.
