In order to revive the all-seasons market tradition and provide a civic arts center, the Complesso Della Basilica Palladiana reshapes the existing Piazza Biade. On the North edge sits the covered market hall with permanent vendor space for all seasons. Edging Piazza Dei Signori on the South is the Vicenza Civic Center for the Arts, next to it the Palladio museum center. Both house commercial space on ground floors which spill into the surrounding piazzas. Connecting these three different spaces is a shared piazza, which acts as a heart between the bustling public market, formal civic center, and private Palladio exhibit space.

DEXTER LAKE ROWING CENTER Project Year: 2017 Location: Lowell, OR The Dexter Rowing Center is aimed at connecting both the community of Lowell and the sport of rowing through a space that functionally and aesthetically fits the needs of both groups. The project is split into three main parts; the first part being the main storage building for shells and oars, the second being a community center for visitors and team members, and finally, the shared outdoor space which connects these two very different spaces.

Building 752, previously the quartermaster storehouse for the U.S. Military, sits on the historic site of Fort Vacouver, in Vancouver Washington. In order to increase the building’s life and bring appreciation to the site and history, it must be programmed and designed for a new use while still preserving its unique historical characteristics.

The three houses on Bradbury are designed to fit in with the “urban patchwork� that is the city of London. faced with the challenge of allowing light in with abutting terrace houses on either side, two open-air courtyards were placed in the center of the second floor. two of the three apartments in the unit have their own courtyard which can be completely open to the interior with the use of folding glass doors, which, when closed, act as full length windows to allow the most light possible into the interior. The unit is additionally vertically cut through completely three times, which allows airflow and light into the bottom levels.

MEETING HALL TRUSS DESIGN
Project Year: 2018
The basis of this truss is designed from a simple scissor truss form. In order to create a variation in interior space, 3 wood members are built inbetween the two central scissor members. These provide a decorative purpose as well as create 3 defined spaces within the meeting hall through variation in ceiling height. The final design is simple, light, and elegant.
