There is no need for proof to indicate that if an employer isn’t communicating well or relating to employees by giving them good tools to communicate with each other, it can lead to a lot of frustration. There will be more misunderstanding and less responsibility and empowerment within the organization. Things will be missed easily and no accountability will be undertaken, projects may get delayed and someone gets blamed. This is no the best way to work and it’s not going to motivate anyone to come to work each day and give their full potential but leads to increased turnover.

2. Increased Employee complaining Employee’s satisfaction is as important as the organization making profits unsatisfied employee is nothing new to any organization. Countless strikes and turnover in many organizations conform to what is unsatisfied employees. The main issue arises when how far is those grumblings can be and what can be the implications of such behaviors. In many occasions, a single disgruntled employee may inform five co-workers about how miserable they are but it can be understood and the issue may be assumed. But with this era of social media puts a gigantic megaphone to every employee’s rants, exposing companies to a reputation crisis.

3. Blocked Innovation Among the many magical creativity that happens is when people can communicate and collaborate effectively with one another and innovation it is not exceptional. The ability to come up with the greatest idea usually takes more than one person. Certainly, one may have a product idea on board but many innovations involve numerous people putting their heads together to imagine to counter and edit each other and to execute the idea into action or product.
