...HOW DOES IT WORK? Once you're confident about the strategy presented to you by your adviser, let's not waste time and kick-off the implementation process straight away! To do so, we need you to sign the 'authority to proceed' in your SOA, the application form(s) and any other documentation that was given to you earlier in the process and you haven't signed yet. Don't worry, we can do this on the spot! Our advisers will let you sign everything electronically from their tablet.
1. AUTHORITY TO PROCEED Once your strategy is in place, we would love to get your feedback on our process and support. Please help us improve our service by completing our client feedback survey.
3. POST IMPLEMENTATION CATCH-UP
THE IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
You will receive an acceptance letter and request for a post implementation catch-up once your application has been succesfully processed. Your adviser, once more, will go through the strategy that is now in place and will answer any questions you may have left.
3 - 6 weeks*
Our back-office support will then immediately lodge the application for you! Within a week after the application is lodged, the product provider will let us know if they require further documentation from you.
2. LODGING THE APPLICATION If the product provider does not need any further documentation:
. Insurance applications will be processed within 3 weeks . More comprehensive strategy applications will be processed within 6 weeks.
It is important to note that we will manage the entire implementation process for you. You may receive correspondence or requests directly from the product provider, but we will always let you know if there is something we need you to do. If you hear nothing, don't worry about it! When we do need your help to completete the application, we trust that you will give us your full cooperation. Also, we are under legal obligation to process anything we receive from you within 24 hours.
If the product provider does need more documentation, they will contact us within a week to let us know what the requirements are. We will contact you to make arrangements soon after. Once all requirements are met, the application process time is the same as listed above.
