Odyssey product Ishi Kiri Collection standout Cutting-edge technology that folds and bends stone like paper
With its new Ishi Kiri collection, Odyssey proves itself a pioneer in stone design technology. The company has perfected methods for creating such surfaces as these delicate origami-inspired ones. Crafted with intricate folds, pleats, and creases, the 3-D patterns are intended for vertical surfaces, tabletops, sculptures, and water features. On Maru, a circular grouping of raised grooves form a mandala-like design; facets sprout from Fa Setto’s surface like developing crystals. The use of white marble is a first for the India-based company—until now, onyx had been the ¯ material of choice for its customized surfaces. Heighten the drama by front- or backlighting the patterns as feature walls. 91-120-427-9256; odysseystone.com. circle 354
