Trust: Everything starts with this; if we have no faith in each other then everything falls apart. Excellence: This is the ideal that SBCS is always striving for- delivering the very best service that we can to our learners, world class in both form and substance. Passion: Enjoying what we do; knowing that what we do makes a difference in the lives of many, and that done right we can make this place better for everyone. Teamwork: It takes a village to raise a child. If we are to deliver excellence and produce outstanding graduates then we must work as one, focus on the things that make us one rather than the things that divide us. Resilience: Problems are part of life, it’s not the problems that matter as much as our response to the problems. Stay calm, carry on and do your best and eventually you will see the Sun.
