Our head office and warehouse are located in Turku. In addition, we have sales offices in Tampere, Jyväskylä and Oulu, so that we can reach our customers efficiently all over Finland. Our sales staff are actively travelling around Finland to provide personal service to our customers. This enables us to analyse our customers’ needs and and to help them find optimal solutions.

Our customer magazine OEM Info is published twice a year and mailed to our customers with a circulation of approximately 7 000 copies. Our logistics center is located in Turku and serves as the delivery hub for all orders destined for Finland and the Baltic countries.
LOGISTICS CENTER
We stock approximately 27,000 product items in our logistics centre, which handles over 160,000 delivery lines each year. By keeping our products under one roof, we ensure the availability of a large volume of items. This helps our customers boost their procurement processes by delivering products from multiple manufacturers in a single delivery.
FAST AND RELIABLE DELIVERIES
By setting our sights high, we have achieved the efficiency to promise you the right goods, at the right time and with the delivery method you want.
We aim to maintain a 97% reliability rate in our deliveries. We are constantly working with our suppliers to further improve our efficiency and service levels.

EFFICIENT COMPLAINT HANDLING
When goods are sold and delivered in large quantities, complaints are an inevitable part of the business. Properly managed, complaints can be the key to policy development and process improvement. At its best, a well-managed complaint strengthens our relationship with the customer. When we receive a complaint, our aim is to promptly correct the error and ensure that our customer receives a prompt remedy. We will review the incident that caused the error to avoid similar errors in the future.

SOURCING AND RECYCLING
A large volume of goods pass through our warehouse daily and that is where we can significantly impact the sustainability of packaging materials. When sourcing packaging materials, we prioritise ecological sustainability, reusability, and lifecycle thinking. We also strive to minimise the amount of packaging waste in our logistics centre. All waste generated is properly sorted and recycled.
TRANSPORT
We use transportation partners who, like OEM, are committed to the development of sustainable logistics. When shipping the goods to our customers, we aim for pallet optimisation, ensuring that the pallets are packed as efficiently as possible.
