Generally they are used in the manufacture of electrical control panels that either stand alone or form part of a complete machine or control system. By working closely with our specialised manufacturing partners we can ensure the suitability of our offer to match the needs of the market and our customers. Auer beacons have high performance, long life LEDs and are available in all colours with steady, flashing, strobe and rotating light functions. The single and multi-tone sounders have a range of adjustable sound pressures up to 127dB. Available in sizes from 30mm panel mount up to 228mm surface mount with ingress protection up to IP67.

Teknomega offer a complete range of flexible copper and laminated busbar. These are available in lengths of 100mm to 2000mm as standard, with custom lengths and hole sizes available on request. The earth braids are round, tubular or flat and manufactured from tinned or red copper. The low voltage insulators are available in glass fibre reinforced polyamide or polyester in various heights, widths and thread sizes.
Innovative cable entry solutions from Conta-Clip, including IP66 rated modular frame system that is quick and easy to fit and has a wide selection of cable inserts to maximise the best use of space. For the more conventional cable entry products, we offer cable glands manufactured by AGRO in Switzerland. Conta-Clip offers a wide range of cable termination products to suit most applications. The portfolio includes insulated and non-insulated bootlace ferrules from 0.25mm² to 150mm², ring-shaped lugs up to 300mm² and a range of coloured insulated crimps for a simple solution. To complete the range, we have a comprehensive selection of cable shield clips to prevent EMC issues that are quick and easy to fit.
Highly resilient conduits in metal and plastic suited to temperatures from -60°C to +300°C and rated up to IP69K. The extensive range of plastic connectors simply push onto the tubing and can be easily dismounted without any tools. Conta-Clip cable trunking is newly improved with excellent form stability and tight-fitting covers that are easy to snap on and off. The pegs have prescored snap points for quick and easy removal.
Cam switches rated from 10A to 250A in many standard configurations or completely customised to your needs. The mini cam switches are compact with 10A rated contacts. Ensto industrial enclosures are available in a wide range of sizes in ABS, polycarbonate or GRP. Accessories include backplates, elevators, latches, hinges and extension frames. Casemet offer stainless and painted steel in ASI304 & ASI316 in various sizes. All enclosures can be custom drilled and screen printed to suit your application.
Crouzet logic controllers offer a simplified alternative to PLCs and can replace a number of products, such as timers and counters, by integrating them within a single program. Free and easy to use software for beginners and professionals. Combined with a touch screen, it provides a full system automation solution.
Crouzet control relays are used to monitor liquid level, phase sequence, phase failure, voltage or current. They can be used to detect faults and help prevent breakdowns, ensuring total availability of equipment. It is one of the indispensable components to ensure the continuity of service of each installation.

Lumel digital panel meters can measure and display voltage, current, power and temperature with the option of RS485 and analogue outputs. Meters can be easily programmed using free Econ software. The analogue meters are available in a wide range of sizes and measuring inputs.

Conta-Clip offers a range of high-quality PCB connectors, all manufactured with polyamide 6.6 UL94-V0 housings with galvanised and passivated metal parts. The metal terminal block pins are machined (turned pin), not soldered, and are therefore more robust than lower cost products on the market. The use of high-quality slotted screws gives further peace of mind that the terminal block will not be the weakest part of the system.
Teknomega power distribution blocks allow a large main conductor to be distributed into multiple smaller connections where space is at a premium. The brass earthing and neutral terminal bars come in various sizes. Conta-Clip stud terminals can be used to terminate cables up to 500mm². A range of cross connecting bars and gull-wing covers are available for added protection.

They enter customer orders into our ERP system and guide customers to the correct technical Product Manager if their requirements are more complex. By utilising six state of the art vertical storage lifts, we have 1,200m2 shelving space from our overall floor space footprint of only 72m2. These lifts, together with high rise pallet racking for larger components, ensure stock is handled with a high level of efficiency and accuracy to meet customer demands for service.
