Eng. Mohammed Al-Ghareebi is a distinguished leader renowned for his strategic thinking, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to excellence. With a solid academic foundation, he graduated in Communication Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University in 1995 and earned an MBA from Hull Business School, UK (with distinction) in 2002, equipping him with a unique blend of technical and managerial expertise.
Since joining Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) in 1995, Eng. Al-Ghareebi has held various leadership roles. In his last tenure as ICV Development Manager (2012–2018), he made significant contributions to value creation and national economic empowerment. In 2020, he demonstrated his strategic leadership by serving as Acting CEO of then National Centre of Employment during his secondment
Since 2018, he assumed the role of the External Affairs, Communications, and Social Investment Manager at PDO, leading a comprehensive portfolio that includes internal and external communications, social investment, local community development, government relations, event management, and the Knowledge World Centre. His role is pivotal in fostering impactful stakeholder engagement and delivering sustainable community-driven solutions.
Her Highness Sayyida Hujaija Jaifer Saif Al Said
Her Highness Hujaija Jaifer Saif Al Said has dedicated over 20 years to supporting individuals with disabilities, a passion she has pursued since her university days. As Chairwoman of The Association of Children with Disability (ACD Oman) for six years, she played a pivotal role in organizing carnivals, fundraisers, and events that raised awareness and celebrated the talents of people with disabilities. Her efforts have built bridges between communities, organizations, and individuals, creating opportunities for empowerment and inclusion.
A prominent advocate for the disability community in Oman, HH Hujaija’s work aligns with Oman Vision 2040, especially in supporting local businesses, startups, and SMEs. Her events have provided platforms for these enterprises to showcase their work while promoting inclusivity. Frequently invited as a Chief Guest for high-profile events, she is widely respected as a champion for change and inclusivity.
HH Hujaija also leads a forward-thinking events management organization focused on creating impactful experiences that unite communities and foster opportunities for people with disabilities Her Highness remains a powerful voice for people with disabilities, working tirelessly to build a more inclusive and supportive society.
Basim Nasser Al-Battashi Head - Sustainability Development

Basim Nasser Al-Battashi is a seasoned professional specializing in project management, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Currently serving as the Head of Sustainability Development at Oman LNG, Basim has a proven track record in program design, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project implementation.
With over 13 years of experience in the oil and energy sector, Basim brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his role. He holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Salford, UK, along with three professional diplomas in public relations, crisis communications, and internal communication.
Sayyid Hamid bin Sultan Al Busaidi Executive Director

Mr. Hamid Bin Sultan Al Busaidi is currently working as the Executive Director of the Oman Center for Governance and Sustainability. He has played a pivotal role in founding and leading the OCGS since its inception. The center was established a Royal Decree on 14 July 2015.It is independent financially and administratively and considered as a non-profit organization He participated in creating the Omani code of governance for public listed companies and did many awareness programs for public and private sector in both fields governance and sustainability. He also contributed in creating governance manuals for various companies during his current position in the center
Mr Hamid worked at the Capital Market Authority for nearly 20 years During the period of his long career in the field of financial markets, Hamid formed extensive experience and in-depth interest in corporate governance He earned his MBA from the University of Cardiff in the United Kingdom in 2006. He has also participated as a speaker at numerous conferences and seminars, at local, regional, and international levels such as executive management, strategic planning, leadership, and many other courses in the IMD Institute Switzerland. Dr. Shamsa bint Hamad bin Said Al-Harthiya, General Director of Dar Al Atta’a Association, has over two decades of experience in social development and community leadership She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Binari University, Malaysia, with a dissertation on "The Role of Women in Micro-Enterprises in Oman." Her academic achievements also include a Master’s in Development Studies from the University of Leeds, a Bachelor’s in Philosophy from Sultan Qaboos University, and specialized training in leadership, emotional intelligence, and corporate social responsibility.
Since 2016, Dr. Shamsa has led Dar Al Atta’a, driving its strategic vision and overseeing impactful community initiatives. Previously, she held senior roles at the Ministry of Social Development, where she developed policies, managed social programs, and fostered partnerships to support community engagement. Her career reflects a deep commitment to child welfare, inclusion, and sustainable development, making her a vital contributor to Oman’s progress in social empowerment
Eng. Nasser Al Amri External Consultant

Eng. Nasser Al Amri, an external consultant at Al Madina Takaful, is a seasoned expert in designing and implementing impactful corporate social responsibility initiatives. Among his notable achievements is the Daroob Al Khair program, developed in collaboration with Towell Company and the Ministry of Social Development to reform juvenile delinquents. He has also served as an evaluator for PDO’s Bader volunteer program and as a trainer and mentor for the Khebrat program, aimed at supporting job seekers Additionally, he created the Human Social Responsibility system, reflecting his commitment to fostering meaningful societal change.
Eng. Nasser’s extensive experience includes roles such as Executive Director of the Omani Down Syndrome Association, Business Development Manager at E-File Tejan Company, and founding partner of Fay Magnetic Technologies He has been actively involved in community-focused initiatives, including the Green Schools Project and the Imam Jaber bin Zaid Endowment Foundation. Beyond his professional contributions, he has prepared and presented the Glory Makers program on Al-Istiqama Channel, showcasing his passion for youth development and social responsibility.
With a background as an Agricultural Engineer from Sultan Qaboos University, Eng. Nasser brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his work. His diverse expertise and unwavering dedication to community development continue to leave a lasting impact across Oman.
Sabah Al Bahlani, CEO Association of Early Intervention for Children with Disabilities
Ms Sabah Bint Mohammed Al Bahlani is the CEO of the Association of Early Intervention for Children with Disabilities. She served as a Member of the State Council from 2016 to 2023 and as an expert in Health Promotion at the Ministry of Health from 2010 to 2012 Between 2007 and 2009, Ms Sabah worked with UNICEF’s Middle East and North Africa Regional Office in Amman, Jordan, as a Communication for Development Specialist. Prior to joining UNICEF, she served as the Director of Health Education and Information at the Ministry of Health in Oman, starting in 1990. During her tenure, she developed the department and initiated numerous health education and promotion activities across Oman, working closely with the Ministry of Information to create health awareness programs for TV, radio, and newspapers. She also coordinated health education efforts in Oman by collaborating with various ministries to unify health, social, and environmental messages and produce educational materials
In addition to her career in health education, she is a founding member of the Handicap Association for Children with Disabilities and the Association for Early Intervention for Children with Disabilities. She is actively involved in advocating for women's issues, children's rights, and the rights of people with disabilities in Oman Ms Sabah has contributed to training, research, and the implementation of activities in collaboration with various women’s associations and centers. Her work focuses on advocacy, communication, proposal writing, and the implementation of communication strategies
Suaad Al Harthi Executive Director
Environment Society of Oman
Suaad Al Harthi is a conservationist, National Geographic Explorer, and the Executive Director of the Environment Society of Oman (ESO), the nation’s foremost environmental NGO. In her role, she leads initiatives that combine environmental education, scientific research, and conservation to address Oman’s most pressing ecological challenges. Her efforts have been pivotal in protecting endangered species, particularly the Arabian Sea humpback whale and the critically endangered loggerhead sea turtle, both of which are vital to the region’s biodiversity
Before joining ESO, Suaad managed coral reef and coastal zone management programs at the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi, where she gained extensive experience in marine conservation and habitat protection. Her work has earned her international recognition, including the prestigious 2024 National Geographic Wayfinder Award In 2019, she was honored as Oman Woman of the Year for her contributions to environmental advocacy and sustainable development. She has also shared her vision for conservation as a TEDx speaker, inspiring audiences to take action for a more sustainable future. Suaad holds a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University, where she deepened her expertise in ecological systems and environmental policy. Kamal Khimji Art of Living
Kamal Ajay Khimji, a Senior International Faculty member with the Art of Living Foundation (AOLF), is a pioneering educator and humanitarian with over two decades of experience She introduced IT education to over 75 schools in Oman and became the first Sahaj Samadhi Meditation trainer in the Middle East. She has conducted workshops in 17 countries, empowering individuals through meditation, stress relief, and personal growth programs.
She is also dedicated to social change, leading women’s empowerment projects, trauma relief initiatives in disaster-stricken areas, and health awareness campaigns in corporates and institutions. She has worked with the UN and local ministries on environmental campaigns and trained in prisons and rehabilitation centers, extending her impact to vulnerable communities.
Through her work with the Art of Living Foundation, Ms. Khimji continues to inspire positive change, promoting wellness, leadership, and sustainable living across the globe

Nooh Al Zadjali holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Talent Management from the University of Lincoln, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR Development from the Higher College of Technology in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. With extensive experience in strategic human resource management and organizational development, Nooh is a distinguished professional committed to driving operational excellence and innovation. An Associate CIPD and Lean Certified Black Belt, Nooh combines strategic thinking with a passion for optimizing organizational performance.
Throughout his career, he has worked in various sectors in Oman, including power and utilities, tourism, and logistics. In the Talent Management team at Oman Electricity Transmission Company, he demonstrated expertise in nurturing talent and fostering organizational success. Nooh also served as Head of HR at Oman Sail and Asyad, further honing his leadership and HR management skills.
Currently, he leads the Supporting Services Unit at Al Madina Takaful, overseeing the HR, Administration, and IT departments as AGM Head of HR, Admin, and IT. Additionally, Nooh is an active member of several committees at the company, including chairing the Sustainability Committee, where he is driving efforts to integrate sustainability and corporate social responsibility into the organization’s core strategy.
