The world order is changing and it is impacting automotive suppliers across the globe. Geopolitical divergence between China, Russia, Europe and the US in addition to the rise of nationalism/populism are all contributing factors to the new world order. Supply chains are heavily disrupted, costs of raw materials are sky rocketing, and the decrease in global synergies are impacting suppliers. The current global landscape is forcing automotive suppliers to face tomorrow’s implications today. Roland Berger is proud to introduce scenarios and a framework for suppliers to navigate the new world.

The industry has reached a critical inflection point – where traditional workforce strategies based on balancesheet FTEs are no longer adequate to meet an organization’s full range of needs. In short, companies need new models and new playbooks to make their workforce truly future-ready.
