As the country continues to make progress in slowing the number COVID-19 cases, the OESA team is excited to return to the office. Additionally, I am pleased to announce that OESA will begin hosting in-person events and meetings this month, as well.

Safety for our members and guests is our top priority, and we realize that they have a wide range of comfort levels regarding vaccinations, masking and personal space.

The OESA team is taking the following precautions to ensure a healthy environment for all attendees:

• Masks will be made available, however, they are not required (regardless of vaccination status) • Seating with additional spacing will be made available to allow for greater social distancing preferences • Many meetings and events will be offered with both in-person and virtual options to better accommodate personal preferences and company guidelines

During the summer months, we will continue to learn more about the impact of the pandemic and will adjust our safety precautions as necessary.

While we are very excited to have in-person meetings again, OESA recognizes that returning to face-to-face meetings will be stressful for some people. OESA will respect and support event attendees as they make personal decisions about health, safety and comfort. I look forward to seeing you in person very soon and when you are ready.

In the meantime, I hope everyone is able to take a few moments this summer to enjoy some time with family and friends.
