hroughout life human have a nature to go to bed early and wake up in the morning before the sun goes up. There was a time when people used to lit candles and lamps which usually helps them in sleeping early. Nowadays people search adventure destination in India for camping as people are unable to get proper sleep as required. One of the scientists suggests that if someone follows sun’s schedule then you are most likely to sleep one hour early and wake up one hour late which makes human internally and externally in sync. The

reason why people have a problem with sleeping is the disconnection with nature which eventually makes them depressed. In one of the researches where they observed adults who don’t have direct access to the natural sunlight and spend most of their time in eating, walking or sleeping were sent out for camping. They observed their sleep and the light which they face both in regular life as well as while camping. A hormone called Melatonin rise in the night and stay normal at the day time. Melatonin is also called the hormone of darkness. It also helps in dropping the temperature of the body which makes it easy to sleep


in the night. They have also noticed that many people take the pills of melatonin which helps them in falling asleep. It was noticed that the light at night while camping is more intense than indoor. In addition, the daylight also changes. It was noticed that after camping the subjects were sleeping two hours earlier then their usual timings. Their bodies readjusted themselves. The next day when they were feeling sleepy the reason was the high level of the melatonin in their body. Apparently, when they were back there was a conflict between the external environment and the hormone which makes drowsy.

The relationship of light and sleep determines how much a person needs to sleep. That is why it is essential to go for camping in order to maintain this relationship of natural light and great nights, which one can get at adventure destination in India. When people break this relation with nature, it may make them isonomic and eventually causes depression. 24 hours of a day is perfect for our body while 8 hours of sleep is necessary to lead a healthy life. Apparently, suggestible to take break from regular life to sleep and relax in a natural moon light and breathe in fresh air which runs the sleep cycle perfectly.
