It has 2 logistics centres, in Bornem and Zulte, so that the vast majority of orders can be delivered very quickly throughout Belgium. For their part, Arseus Medical Group’s 16 technicians deliver excellent service, from assembly to maintenance. Depending on the type of equipment, special training is provided - either by Arseus Medical Group advisers or by the representatives of the manufacturers. Finally, a toll-free hotline is available 24/7.

Arseus Medical Group is developing its activities in the 3 Belgian regions. In Flanders, the company can boast ZNA, Antwerp University Hospital, St Trudo and KUL among its customers. In Brussels, the University Clinics of Saint-Luc, the IRIS Group and Clinics of Europe have put their faith in Arseus Medical Group. In Wallonia, Arseus Medical Group works among others for Liège University Hospital Centre and Charleroi University Hospital Centre. In addition, important groups such as Vulpia and ORPEA in the care home sector and also institutions such as Zorgbedrijf are customers of Arseus Medical Group.

For the future, the Arseus Medical Group management aims to double turnover in three years through organic growth and acquisitions. Among others, new distribution contracts will be signed with leading suppliers. Development will also take place through a geographical bolstering of activities in southern Belgium and the Netherlands. By so doing, Arseus Medical Group will contribute to the creation of an even better and higher quality care system for the benefit of patients and the population as a whole, with the active collaboration of health professionals.
