Created in 1994 and with turnover of €8.5M in 2018 (an increase of 15% compared to 2017), Medi-Line has 75 FTEs and 1,800 m² in built-up area (600 m² of clean rooms) and supplied 1.5 million medical devices in 2018.

Medi-Line is a services company first and foremost: it carries out the development and manufacturing of medical devices according to an increasingly demanding regulatory environment. These single-use devices are mostly made of plastic. They are produced via the extrusion, injection moulding and assembly of several components to produce items for assembly or finished products. By offering components at various stages of production, Medi-Line is a fully-fledged subcontractor to key players in the medical and pharmaceuticals sector such as GE Healthcare and Johnson & Johnson.

Medi-Line is a well-known supplier of the radio-pharmaceutical industry, to which it supplies components for the administration and/or synthesis of radiopharmaceutical substances. The company also manufactures devices for radiotherapy, extruded or moulded components for players in the medical industry (OEM supply chain), implants for the treatment of stress incontinence in women (over a million have been sold) and catheters for bariatric surgery. Lastly, Medi-Line relies on the assembly of several different technologies to develop a process, a finished or semi-finished component - in short, a capacity that is required by its customers.

Attentive to the development of technologies and the importance of ensuring future profitability, the company is now working on automating its manufacturing processes using collaborative robotics: within 2 years, these processes will be even more efficient and “cost effective”, thereby guaranteeing the best possible quality for the finished product. © Medi-Line © Medi-Line

Medi-Line carries out a great deal of its activities for customers active in the radio-pharmaceuticals sector, which is itself experiencing substantial growth. In this promising context, the company fully intends to develop its production capacity so as to meet the sector’s needs as closely as possible. It is even considering an extension of its buildings to double the surface area: incontestable proof of its vitality!
