With a rapidly growing array of sales teams, it's important to have seasoned, charismatic leaders who guide our client sales teams to success. As a Sales manager, you lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions. You also work with the Sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers help their teams deliver on ambitious targets, and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to exceed revenue and merchant growth targets across markets and verticals. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management. 3. Responsibilities  Manage an expanding team of online media consultants working on the acquisition of new strategic Google advertisers.  Work as an internal advocate of the sales department with other stakeholders in the on boarding processes.  Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices for new / potential client interaction and sales for Google’s main advertising products.  Increase effectiveness of team members by recognizing opportunities for development and implementing new systems and structures. 4.       

Candidate Profile BA/BSc degree or equivalent with a strong academic record. Experience in acquisition sales, strategic sales, and developing of new revenue streams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in the language you would support. Experience in new business development and media industry knowledge. MBA (Preferred) Experience in a media company or an online business. Experience with coaching and mentoring large teams.


~ Google Booklet ~  Excellent people management, organizational and interpersonal skills.  Proven track record of successful sales or online work experience in a media or online business environment, and the ability to inspire others.  Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills and ability to deliver results under pressure.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in the language required.  Previous experience in a multinational company is an advantage  International Experience (Erasmus, AIESEC Internships, Work Abroad Programs etc.) 5. Languages Required The candidate must be native in one of the following languages: - Nordic Languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish) - Ukrainian 6.
