This will be followed by food and beverages at our elegant Casino Royale Presidents’ Reception, with plenty of time to network with your fellow agents before you embark on your own exploration of the Easton area. Thursday is locked and loaded with an electrifying keynote speech by Principal Baruti Kafele, followed by professional learning clinics that intrigue and inspire. In between clinic sessions, join us at the conference trade show and visit our exhibitor booths to gather intel on new and innovative educational products and services. We’ll round out Thursday with another invigorating keynote speech by “Xtreme Librarian” Mr. Schu, capped off with a jaw-dropping magic show you won’t want to miss! The mission continues on Friday with more great clinics and a keynote speech by former ESPN producer Lisa Fenn and Dartanyon Crockett that will leave you both shaken and stirred. UNCONFERENCE Back by popular demand, the no-cost Unconference launches our adventure. We encourage all agents to rendezvous at this casual, fun networking opportunity! An Unconference is a conference turned inside out: rather than attendees choosing predetermined sessions, the attendees determine what topics will be discussed and are often the ones to lead the discussion. Attendees first suggest topic ideas(think Third Grade Reading Guarantee, OTES, contracts, etc.). You are not obligated to be an expert on a topic — you’re encouraged to suggest a topic you’d like to know more about! However, if you feel you can be a source of knowledge on the subject, volunteer to lead the discussion. Attendees will then break into groups based on topic for 30 minutes. When time is up, groups reconvene to either switch topics or join new groups. Intrigued? RSVP for the Unconference on the back page of this brochure or when you register online at oaesa.org! (RSVP is not required to attend. All are welcome!)

PRESIDENTS’ RECEPTION Prepare for an elegant evening at the Casino Royale! We’ll wine, dine, and shine on the red carpet as we welcome our members from across the state. Dress to impress!
