Concept Inspired by legends of El Dorado, this university embodies power of knowledge as wealth. Through Columbian culture inspired, interac ve educa on and hands on technical skills, students can use knowledge to create a professional empire.
Design Intent Gold accents and Spanish flare add elegance. Throughout, biophilic elements and warm clay tones derived from Columbia and Amazon balance an open environment and encourage crea vity, collabora on, and well-being.

Scope Located in Japan, Henkan “The Transforma on” combines tradi onal Japanese lure and mo fs with a con nental modern design that encourages both locals and tourists to dine comfortably.

Concept Henkan (The Transforma on) symbolizes manifesta on of the various dining experiences. Inspired by Japanese “kitsune” lore, with ability to shape-shi . Stages of kitsune shape-shi ing inspired various ers of dining such as casual, tranquil, karaoke, and tradi onal dining.
Design Intent Orbs of light represent a kitsune’s soul, illuminates the interior throughout. Various colors throughout represent kitsune fox as it transforms into its final matured state. Natural mo fs connect ers of and alludes to tradi on of Japanese gardens. Modern design in casual and karaoke area contrasts with tradi onal Japanese style include dining experiences for every consumer.

Design Intent Open layout created by all offices, conference, and interview rooms featuring curtain walls for clarity and interac ons. Departments are connected by shared common areas. Green symbolizes the movement of one space to the next. The

Concept Baskia is a luxury retail store which represents Toronto’s large graffi presence and history by incorpora ng Romanesque Revival architecture and promo ng local ar sts. Graffi contrasts high end details to create rhythmic movement and energy which a racts locals and tourists.
Design Intent Organic rhythm encourages consumers to engage with space and culture. Music, scents, and visuals subconsciously promote posi ve moods within customers = increasing sales. Commissioned local graffi art en ces customers and connects to Toronto’s ar s c culture, people, and Baskia brand.

Design Intent The Carriage, inspired by the luxury and comfort of vintage drawn carriages, allows for op mal lounging comfort. The shell of this chair incorporates a privacy hood that flows into the body and foot rest support. The tu ed ght cushions add an elegant flair, and the bronze trimming extenuates the fluidity of the body.
