1. We provide three ways of ordering service – walk-in order, telephone order and online order. 2. All cakes order should be made two days in advance. Cakes with the B code and C code require up to three to five days in advance. Kindly refer to the details in the menu. 3. All transactions are in cash only. Full payment is required for any walk-in order and upon collection for telephone order. 4. We provide same day express cake, additional charge is applied. 5. Cakes more than four pounds in weight is alright for up front deposit 50% of the total price, remaining amount to be paid on collection. 6. Once order is confirmed, it is not recommended to make any changes. Additional charges may apply on changes made. 7. All prices of cakes vary depending on the weight and design. 8. Decorations and fresh fruits of cakes may vary depending on seasonal and available of stock. 9. Delivery service providing with extra charge. Kindly refer to the schedule of delivery services. 10. If the cake is not collected in the scheduled date and time, we espected customer will give up its own order and not allow for refund. 11. All visuals are for reference only. 12. Additional charges may applied if changes are made. - All sales are non-refundable. 4. All cake stands should be returned within seven days from the collection date. If failed to doso, deposit will be forfeited. Any delays in returning or missing of parts will result in deduction from the deposit paid accordingly.
