All entries must be received by 4 p.m. on Friday, July 9. NWEC Terms and Conditions: Entrant must be a current North Western Electric Cooperative member-owner and be at least 18 years of age. Height and weight restrictions apply. Riders will be required to climb in and out of a tall basket, to stand during the entire flight, and to crawl out of the basket at the end of the flight, so please consider any health or physical limitations before entering the contest. Previous balloon ride winners are not eligible. Maximum of one entry per person, per event will be accepted. Balloon rides are not guaranteed and will be flown weather-permitting. Exact day and time of the winning flight will be determined by NWEC. The length of the flight and ability to launch will be determined by the balloon pilot. Winner will be contacted using the information provided. Winners grant NWEC permission to use their name, location, and photographic images for promotional purposes. Contest entry only valid for the Montpelier Bean Days Balloon Festival to be held on July 16 and 17, 2021.
