• Amanda Pridemore, CFO, reviewed financial highlights for May, including year-to-date net margins: electric $1 9 million; natural gas $289,000; propane $413,000, and fiber $250,000

• Tim Applegate, COO, provided an update on Consolidated Fiber, indicating approximately 6,300 homes passed and 2,560 customers.

• Jennifer Barger, CMO, discussed community and government relations updates.

• Amber Moreland, sta director, and Mike Schuster, trustee, discussed The People Fund and collaborations with neighboring cooperatives.
