PIXXINA NATURALI

This is a true hidden gem, so put your walking shoes on! To access this beauty you must walk from the Għar Lapsi carpark in a south east direction for about 15-20 minutes until you see the natural pool beneath you. When walking these rocky trails, maximum caution is required as it may get slippery and difficult. It’s all worth it once you arrive though; this gorgeous pool that’s formed between the cliffs is mesmerising and jumping into the clean water will leave you feeling refreshed all day!

ST. PETER’S POOL

Other than a small winding road down and a few steps, this bay in Marsaxlokk has relatively easy access compared to other beaches. Although secluded, this beautiful natural pool with crystal blue waters gets rather busy in summer. There is a cliff that is used to jump from and deep water great for snorkeling.

CORAL LAGOON

Coral Lagoon is a natural cave just off Armier bay in Mellieħa. The natural hole opens the cave so it can be viewed from the top. To access this beautiful spot with crystal clear waters, you have to either walk beyond Aħrax tower to access from above, or swim or kayak to the cave from Aħrax bay. The cave is perfect for Instagram photos, snorkeling, kayaking and anyone who is up to an adventure!

ĦONDOQ BAY HIDDEN CAVE, GOZO

Ħondoq bay itself is well known by Gozitans, but what is less popular and more secluded is the hidden bay area and cave. There's a rather rocky walk with uneven grounds, so make sure to wear proper footwear. The clear sea and the cave offer excellent snorkeling spots so come equipped and bring your gear!

SAINT PHILIPS, GOZO

Possibly the least known on the list, Saint Philips bay is a small rocky beach next to the more popular Daħlet Corot in Nadur, Gozo. Although there is no beach as such, there are plenty of large rocks you can sit on and dive from. To access this hidden beach, stop around 100 metres before reaching the main bay, and walk down the path. Here, visitors can enjoy a swim in crystal waters while enjoying the views of the Sopu tower.
