4 oz Lemon Juice 2 oz Gin 1 Teaspoon Blackberry Jam 1 oz Sparkling Water 2 Drops Lime Oil Mix in the blender with a handful of ice. Add to a tall glass and top up with sparkling water to add some fizz.
This titillating citrus berry drink is perfect for a summer evening in the garden, best served with bare feet and a good book.

135 gm Butter 55 gm Cocoa Powder 350 gm Sugar 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 110 gm Plain Flour 3 Eggs 14 Drops Wild Orange
Preheat oven to 180c. Line an ovenproof tin & grease lightly. Melt butter and stir in all the ingredients, mix well until fully combined.
These Chocolate Orange Brownies are best served with fresh coffee (or a pot of tea) and good friends.
Pour mixture into the prepared tin. Bake for 20-30 minutes. It should be set around the edges but gooey in the middle. Allow to cool in the tin for about 20 mins.
To add a little more atmosphere, pick your favourite comforting diffuser blend for the background.

1 Cup Sugar 2/3 Cup Coconut Oil 15 Drops Citrus Bliss
Mix in a bowl and apply to the skin, then wash off with warm water. Store in a container in a cool, dry place.
An invigorating citrusy body scrub that will leave your skin feeling refreshed and silky smooth. TIP! You can add natural food colouring to change the colour.
