“OISHII” is a magazine dedicated to the culinary and gourmet wonders of Japan. The mission of “OISHII” magazine is to introduce Japanese culinary and food culture to the world. It’s published in English and four times in a year. Following significant flavour of each season, the contents consist of Japanese traditional food culture, popular dishes and ingredients, on top of those, insightful interviews with significant chefs and professionals. What makes our magazine unique is the feature of particular regions in Japan. We fly there each time to find and experience authentic & unique Japanese food and culture for our readers. We have featured in Nagasaki & Yamaguchi prefectures, and Sado-city so far.
