Culinary Management Diploma
The Culinary Management Diploma examines the developing Okanagan region trend towards the combination of wineries and restaurants. Unique features of the program include the analysis of food and wine pairing and the combination of food, wine and business training that reflects regional industry training demands. Beginning with the Culinary Arts program, which includes a ten-week co-op, followed by two semesters of Business Administration and Wine Courses.

Tourism Management Diploma – Revelstoke
The Tourism Management Diploma at Okanagan College - Revelstoke is designed to give students real-world knowledge, skills and opportunities designed to advance careers in the tourism sector. The Revelstoke program allows students to work and learn in a diverse and dynamic four-season economy and explore a wide array of tourism related roles from the mountain to the city. Students also advance their career in the tourism industry through a paid co-op work term.
