A S S I S TA N T S T U D I E S The Philosophy, Political Science, Economics Program (PPE) is an interdisciplinary major administered jointly by the departments of philosophy and political science. This plan provides early admission to the Oklahoma City University School of Law, which is in the top 25% of all law schools nationwide for postgraduation employment, by allowing students to complete a JD in six years rather than the usual seven.

Applicants who have an OCU undergraduate degree, have completed the prerequisites within seven years of applying for the program, and have a 3.2 cumulative GPA are guaranteed an interview for the program.

partner with Washington University in St. Louis to offer a unique multi-degree program! In this program students will complete three years of rigorous math, science, and liberal arts courses at OCU and three years of study in the engineering field of their choice at Washington University. Those who complete the program will earn three degrees: a Bachelor of Science from OCU, and both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Engineering from Washington University.


F R E S H M A N Scholarships Upon admission to the university, OCU students are eligible to receive freshman academic merit awards, ranging from $1,500/year to $7,800/year, as well as departmental awards, which can range anywhere from $3,000/year and $11,000/ year. Additionally, art and film talent scholarships are available and are stackable with both merit and departmental awards.
