Canna Cereal Snack Attack

Good day to all my canna chef’s out there and welcome back, May is here and summer is right around the corner. I don’t know about you but I'm ready for the hot weather and sunny days at the lake with my friends and family. I love spending time in the water and relaxing on the beach while being high too. When I’m at the beach or lake I like something quick and easy to snack on throughout the day. This month I am doing my Canna Cereal Snack Attack, a Chef Buz twist to one of your classic favorites. It’s a quick, easy, and fun recipe that you can easily custom make to your tastes. So grab a bag of your favorite herb, twist one up and let’s get Cooking with a Buz!
INGREDIENTS
3 cups Corn Chex 2 ½ cups Rice Chex 2 cups Wheat Chex 1 ½ cups Chocolate Chex ¼ cup Almonds ½ cup Cashews ½ cup Pecans 1 cup Pretzel Stix or Mini Pretzels ½ cup Raisin ½ cup Craisin 1 cup Milk Chocolate M&M’s 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce 4 tablespoons Canna Butter 2 tablespoons Butter 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder ½ teaspoon Onion Powder Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Now, this recipe is very simple, start with preheating your oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and then in a large bowl add the cereal, nuts, pretzels, and dried fruits. No M&M’s! Next, melt the butter together in a small pot, once melted, remove from the heat and add the garlic and onion powder, Worcestershire sauce and salt and black pepper, and stir.
2. Now you just pour over your cereal mixture and stir well until everything is evenly coated. Pop it onto a baking pan and into the oven for about an hour, making sure to stir about every 15 minutes or so. You want to lightly toast it and not burn your mix.
3. Remove from the oven once you've reached your desired doneness and dry on a paper towel. Once it's cooled you can add the M&M’s into the mix and you're ready to portion out and enjoy throughout your day!
