Guidelines for Agents
Thank you for considering King’s for your clients. Whilst we do work with agents, we do not pay agency fees or commission. Expectations We expect excellent levels of both written and spoken English from our prospective students together with varied extra-curricular interests. Information which we require from a prospective student: • Full name (including preferred/English name) • Date of Birth • Name of current school • Which year of entry the pupil wishes to apply for: Yr 9, Yr 10 or Yr 12 (please note we do not accept pupils at Yr 11 or Yr 13). Candidates must be the correct age for their year of entry Pupil’s Date of Birth 1st September 2008 – 31st August 2009 1st September 2009 – 31st August 2010 1st September 2010 – 31st August 2011 1st September 2011 – 31st August 2012 1st September 2012 – 31st August 2013

• When the child would join this year group (2022, 2023, 2024 etc). • Most recent school report (in English) • An Ed Psych report (if applicable). Registration Please register via the Admissions tab on our website: https://www.kings-school.co.uk/admissions/register-deposit/ When completing a registration on behalf of a client, please ensure parent contact details are entered in full. These details are mandatory. Any registrations received without parental contact information cannot be processed. We are currently accepting registrations for all year groups from 2022 onwards (deadline is the 1st December prior to year of entry).
Visiting King’s* If you are bringing a family for a first visit to King’s, please book in for either an afternoon group visit via our website: https://www.kings-school.co.uk/admissions/book-a-visit/ A confirmatory email with an itinerary and full instructions will be sent prior to the visit. For the safety of our pupils and staff, full names (and relationship to the prospective pupils) must be provided prior to the visit date. On arrival to King’s, Security Officers will check all names before permitting entry. *Due to the high level of interest in King’s, please allow The Admissions Team a minimum of three working days to respond to your enquiry.
