For team kit (match shirts & casual wear – polo shirts), the shield alone always sits on the left breast. Below the shield there is scope to have one short line of text. This may be the name of the sport, eg. RUGBY, or the name of the team, eg. 1st XV 2014. The only font that may be used for this is Perpetua. The logotype (The King’s School, Canterbury) may appear either on the right breast or on the back of the garment across the shoulders. For shorts & skirts there is the option of mirroring the shirts that they accompany i.e. shield on left leg and logotype on right leg. Or they remain plain. For sports tracksuits, jackets, gilets, sweatshirts etc. the same applies with regards to the shield alone on the left breast, option of one short line of text below the shield in Perpetua, as per above. The logotype can also go on the back of the garment, across the shoulders.
