Oldham Goodwin Capital’s latest project is the development of the new SpringHill Suites by Marriott ® located in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. Construction of the six story, 170-room all-suite hotel began in December 2017 and is managed by Oldham Goodwin Development and Arch-Con Construction.
