UMASS Minutemen

Our Vision for 2013 While UMass fans enjoy non-stop thrills and record-breaking performances, it is Minutemen Club members who help make it happen. Each year, financial support from faithful Minutemen Club members helps our student-athletes achieve their peak performance both in the classroom and on the field. Donations to the Minutemen Club and our 16 sport-specific booster programs directly fund the future success of our athletics programs. Our vision for ensuring this future success is driven by three major goals, which are fundamental to the department and university’s core values: • Recruiting the brightest and most talented student-athletes • Investing in the construction of state-of-the-art athletic and support facilities • Attracting and retaining the best coaches and departmental administrative staff The success of these initiatives requires a significant financial investment in UMass Athletics through the Minutemen Club from every dedicated member of Minutemen Nation. To meet these goals we are dedicated to growing membership and providing exceptional donor service. There is a misconception that only major gifts make a difference; the truth is EVERY gift, no matter the size, makes a major impact on the ability of UMass Athletics to support each team and its student-athletes.

Coach John Micheletto, Ice Hockey- “Donor support through the Minutemen Club is the single most influential way an individual can impact the success of our program. Your dollars directly drive the competitive metabolism of our team and help propel us toward national prominence. “

The Minutemen Club is a place where our most passionate and dedicated fans have the opportunity to stay closely connected with the programs they care about, and the student-athletes who proudly represent UMass in the classroom and in competition. Members are the first to know about season ticket renewals, bowl trips, tournament tickets, exclusive special events and more. Join the Minutemen Club today and help us strive to achieve each of our goals; with your support UMass Athletics can and will rise to the next level!
