The EYP represents a non-partisan and independent educational project which is tailored specifically to the needs of the young European citizen. The EYP encourages independent thinking and socio-political initiative in young people and facilitates the learning of crucial social and professional skills. Since its inauguration, many
tens
of
thousands
young people have regional,

taken part in
national
and
international
sessions,
formed friendships
and
made
international contacts across and beyond borders. The EYP has thus made a vital contribution towards uniting Europe. Today the EYP is one of the largest European platforms for political debate, intercultural encounters, political educational work and the exchange of ideas among young people in Europe. The EYP consists of a network of 35 European
associations
and
organizations in which thousands of young people are active in a voluntary capacity. The EYP is a program

What we do The EYP involves well over 20,000 young people at more than 100 regional, national and international events through 35 national organisations every year.The flagship events of the EYP are its three annual International Sessions. Each of these sessions brings together about 270 young people from 35 countries for 10 days in different European countries. Look at the EYP Calendar to check out the dates and locations of the upcoming sessions. The accompanying teachers go through a special teachers´ program that aims to develop new skills as well as the establishment of pan-European networks. Those networks often serve to establish new exchange and learning projects. All EYP sessions follow a similar program and are based on the same methodology: Firstly the participants divide into international committees and take part in team building. In the ensuing committees the young delegates start working on a current issue of European politics and compose a joint resolution. Finally, the resolutions are debated in a parliamentary General Assembly following the model of the European Parliament in both English and French. Through a rich cultural program with events such as Euroconcert, Eurovillage or the Country Presentations the participants become active and creative themselves and express themselves through music, acting and dance. Most teenage girls begin wearing light makeup around the ages of 12-13 as they become more aware of their appearance. As a teen, your makeup should look natural and enhance your facial features. Don’t overdo it, this will only make you look silly. With a few simple, inexpensive products, you can play up your finest features and look great! Keep your makeup light for school. You don’t need to use it on every facial feature you have! Mix and match to find out what looks best on you. For parties, you may want to add a little more makeup to add some glam. Make sure you blend it in well with your fingers or a cosmetics brush. Check it in bright light when you’re finished.

10 Best Morning Exercises The morning is truly the best time to work out — all that energy, for the whole rest of the day! But which are Morning Exercises to get you going, and which will only wear you out, or worse, bore you? I have some ideas! Here are my picks for the 10 best morning exercises. 1. Use the Stairs Most of us walk up and down stairs every day; or we try to avoid them using elevators. Stair climbing is a great way to increase your heart rate, burn calories and increase muscles. Consider getting off the elevator one or two floors early each morning you go to work, when you leave for and return from lunch, and each evening as you leave the building. Walking just one flight of stairs, four times per day, adds up to almost 1,000 flights of stairs per year. With relative ease, you can double this number. Don’t discount walking down the stairs, as you use different muscles than when you go up the stairs. Consider taking stairs two at a time for extra cardio benefit. Stair exercises can be done at home, as well. 2. Go for a run (or a jog) There’s nothing quite like a run or a jog in the morning. If I get up early enough in the winter, the stars are still out, and the world is hushed and still. It’s gorgeous, and invigorating… and so much nicer to do in the morning than at night…
3. Hit the gym Most gyms open at the crack of dawn, so why not sneak in a workout as your morning exercise? You can even shower before you jet off to work, and you might even meet a handsome fellow gym rat… 4. Swim! My auntie swears by swimming as the best morning exercise. She says it’s just as joy-inducing as a run or a jog, only better for people who can’t do the impact on their joints.
5. Bike to work (or school) If you have time, and the inclination, and a helmet, perhaps biking to work or school is a good morning exercise for you. It’s excellent cardio, good for your legs and core, and who doesn’t love bike shorts? 6. Use Your TV Time You can sit on a couch or sit on an exercise machine while watching your favorite TV show. Use the time you spend watching TV to improve your health and fitness by keeping a set of dumbbells or resistance bands near the couch, or putting a TV in front of your stationary bike or treadmill, making it more likely that you’ll work out more often. 7. Stretch Stretch for five or 10 minutes each day. This will increase flexibility, improve sports performance and decrease the effects of aging (visualize gramps trying to get in and out of the car as he gets older). Stretching is gentle, doesn’t wear you out after a long day of work and won’t make you break a sweat. 8. Take a class! Some gyms offer classes strictly at night, but some are getting wise to the morning exercise trend, and are starting to offer Zumba and yoga and more in the morning, too. 9. Walk the dog This doesn’t sound like a morning exercise until you’ve pulled (or been pulled by) my yellow lab mix around the block a time or two. Trust me, by the time you get back home for your shower, and to get on with your day, you’ll be well-exercised. 10. Indoors (treadmill/elliptical) Weather isn’t always permissive of a morning workout, so keep an elliptical or treadmill workout on standby just in case. An hour on either one, including the warm-up and cool-down, is a fantastic way to start your day! With so many marvelous morning exercises to try, there’s no reason to get to the end of the day without a workout! Which of these morning exercises do you like best, and why? Then take this milk cubes out from the tray and add them to the blender. Then, add the peaches and sugar into this blender. Fix the lid onto the blender and blend the ingredients at a high speed. Let the ingredients blend well till it turns smooth. Serve immediately. Yummy Apple Pancake Ingredients: Pancake mix (2 cups) Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon) Water (1 cup) Applesauce (1 cup) Preparation: First, you need to preheat a skillet to 375 degrees. Then, combine the pancake mix with some water, applesauce and cinnamon. Stir this combination till the ingredients blend well. Then, use some vegetable oil to lightly brush the skillet and follow this by pouring about Âź cup batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook this for about a minute and then flip it over to cook the other side for another minute till it turns a shade of golden brown. This recipe can help you prepare 12 deliciously yummy pancakes. Delicious Peanut Butter Muffins Ingredients: Eggs (2) Milk (1 cup) Banana - mashed with a fork (1/4 cup) Peanut butter (1/4 cup) Nonfat dry milk (1/4 cup) Flour - 2 1/4 cup Baking powder (1-1/2 teaspoon) Baking soda (1 teaspoon) Vegetable oil (1/3 cup) Frozen apple juice concentrate - thawed (1/4 cup) Nonstick spray Preparation: First, you need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Then, take a small bowl and break some eggs in it. With the help of a fork, beat the eggs a little bit. Take a large bowl and combine peanut butter, milk, mashed banana, apple juice, vegetable oil, dry milk along with the egg mixture beaten earlier. Mix these ingredients till the mixture turns creamy. Then, in a large bowl, add some flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix this well together. Then, use some nonstick spray inside the muffin tin. Now, spoon the muffin mix into this. Bake this preparation for about 15 minutes. Once you finish baking, remove these from the muffin tin and let them cool down. Once the muffins cool down, share it with all your friends and family.
