Realized projects:

+ Central Telegraph, Moscow - renovation of 1927 listed building into mixed-use (collaboration with David Chipper field Architects and Thornton Tomasetti)

+ GES-2 House of Culture, Moscow - retrofit of 1908 heritage power station (collaboration with Renzo Piano Building Workshop and Arup)

+ Badaevskiy, Moscow - retrofit and new construction for the 1880s brewery (collaboration with Herzon & Meuron)

+ Orlovo-Davidovskiy, Moscow - retrofit of 1890s hospital complex into luxury housing

Responsibilities:

+ Acted as liaison between Project Architect with their consultants and local professionals (architects, MEP engineers, structural engineers) with a goal to transfer design intent to local codes as seamlessly as possible

+ Participated and lead the meetings between all involved parties including Client or site contractors set to resolve arising design and construction issues, coordinate between disciplines and speed up the result of the project

+ Provided site supervision

+ Reviewed construction documentation for roofs, glass roofs and facades

+ Developed BIM model in Revit, including creating complex parametric families in order to deliver design documentation for various stages including construction details in scale 1:1
