Mass and Useful Energy

A physical system under standard atmospheric conditions possesses certain energy. One can observe the system energy increase or decrease over the specified time. But the system energy can’t be less than zero. Experiments to measure the integrated energy of various physical media were conducted based on this physical law. In addition experiment results are included to provide the ground for discussions on possible conversion of mass to usable energy. The methods of nuclear spectrometry and measurement of the substance physical mass were used for the research according to the general relativity theory physical principle of the mass and energy equivalence.
