ABSTRACT
Internship is an important part of the education system which enables students to consolidate the knowledge gained practical and theoretical courses by various field experience and implementations. It has been seen that there is a large gap in terms of study and practical application. SO, to gain practical knowledge and project handling techniques, client dealing etc. This report contains the work done during the internship period in 3 DOTS Architects . For me apartment design was a completely new before intern. I was involved in the conceptual phase where i researched about the apartment spaces around the world. MY INVOLVEMENT…
Massiveviewandprivateviewingdeck.doubleheightsky-gardens, draped with tropical plants , are cantilevered at every second level between the blocks of apartment spaces. Greenery flourishes throughout the entire complex, and the trees and gardens of the complex appears to merge with the building and stand out from the concrete forest and provides fresh atmosphere for theresident.
Previously the area is occupied with Hotel Royal Singi. Half portion had to be dismantled and apartment and commercial space to be included. Since our clients are of different generations we started with the building form to make every generation clear about the project. We wanted to make the spaces for everyone so we include the communal areas in alternate floors for public interaction and projected balconies for the city

THE PROCESS
SITE AND SURROUNDING
Client wanted a Spanished themed retreat villa with a swimming pool viewing Mountains and 3 BHK requirements with lavish interiors. The footprint of building should cover minimum area. Mesmerizing sun rise, sparkling himalayas are the major views which needs to be incorporated from the building. Outdoor viewing deck, sceneries from every rooms, large openings and infinity swimming pool should face the viewsfromtheterrainsite.
CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS:
The site is a hilly area of 7640.79 Sq.m which is divided into 10 different plots of varying area. Plot 2 is the site where we had to design a retreat villa. Contours of 1 metre each can be found in the site with a total of 10 contour interval. Site is blessed with the andnaturalsceneriesofhills, mountains, sunrisefreshnaturalatmosphere.
RESEARCH AND CASE STUDIES: Keeping clients requirement and site condition in mind we started our research similar to our project. We studied the villas ofBali,JayvardaneHouse,RajVillasetc.

Theandindulge.building has three floors with over 3.3 meters from the lowest floor level to the highest. This creates a strong bodily experience when moving through the spaces. The bedroom, bath, and study rooms are located more privately in their own wings, with their own framed views and Since, soundscapes.Pokhara is mostly showered with rain so slope roof could be the best alternative for our design. The curved windows, slanted roof, detaily ornamented walls gives the essenceofSpanishtypevilla.
The site is approached through the forest surrounded by sparkling Mountains. Entrance car porch serves as a welcoming gate for the resident. The heart of the house is the family area, surrounded by an open kitchen, dining, and living area. From the core of the building, there are views in three Thedirections.modern and rectilinear forms of the villa serve as a brilliant canvas for more linear forms within the property, such as the bifurcated plan, undeviated pathways and the outdoor linear pool with the view of Mt. Machhapuchhre in the front. This deviation encourages its guests to be at ease, relax
